About London Xpress

LONDON XPRESS is an exploration of British Culture; a programme that takes students on a tour through London’s past, present and future.

The programme is a 10 day total immersion programme into English language, culture and tradition.

On the London Xpress students will complete cultural visits divided into three thematic modules: History & Wealth, Tradition & Heritage and London Today. During each of these stages students will engage in competitive rallies which are designed to introduce them to the area. Every day students will be required to reflect on their experience by completing a personal journal entry.

The programme culminates in a group presentation of their experience as they reflect on their stay in London.

Our goals:

– To expose students to English in real life scenarios.

– To develop students’ communication skills through dynamic and interactive activities.

– To encourage students to work both autonomously and within a team. The London Xpress tasks are developed to encourage collaborative learning whilst the personal journal encourages students to reflect upon their own personal interests, tastes and experiences.
