GENERAL

Question: Related to the International Night. Since there are a few more schools attending this program, and we are from the same country, can we plan something together, and unify the information?  If we do it separately, we´ll talk about the same.

Answer: The International Night is not a competition event so you ae free to approach it in whichever way you want. However, if you decide to work collaboratively with other schools from your country or region, please keep in mind that there is no guarantee that you will actually be placed in the same campus or the same competition group, which means that your International Night might be scheduled for different times.

Question: If one of the students has a relative or friend who live in England, is there a chance to meet them? I know the schedule is very tight. Let me know

Answer: We are happy to have parents or relatives collect the students and take them out of the programme for a short time, as long as they contact the centre in advance to arrange this. Parental approval must be sent to the centre email in advance. Original ID of the adult taking them from the centre will be photocopied on arrival. Relatives who accompany the student away from the centre will be asked to sign an ‘Unscheduled Activity’ form and will need to leave a contact number in case of an emergency. Please note that the visiting adult can only be on campus for the purposes of collection and drop off.
